First, choose a base (image) for your icon/graphic. I'll be using this one:
To turn it into this:
1) Duplicate the base, set to Soft Light 100%.
2) Create a new layer, fill it with
#68c7d3. Set to Exclusion 100%.
3) Duplicate the base, drag to top, set to Hard light 80%. Sharpen twice.
4) Duplicate the base, drag to top, set to Soft Light 80%.
5) Layer > New adjustment layer > Brightness/Constrast... > Brightness: -5, Contrast: 20
4) And you're done! :3
